Sunday Shopping in Bermuda

We've docked safely in Bermuda. The first day of sailing was a bit rocky as we sailed the Atlantic. The more south we got, the smoother the sail. We're here now on the island, and it's very nice. No talk of the triangle around here. I'm not sure if it's an insult or not, but everyone here is very classy and very friendly.

It's a very warm day today and we're on foot touring all the properties around the wharf tip of the island today. And we'll tour the rest of the island by bus and ferry in the next 2 days. There's no Sunday shopping here in Bermuda except for the touristy places. It doesn't seem so long ago, that we never had Sunday shopping in NB either. Seems strange, but it's nice to have a quiet day to get familiar with the island.

Did you know that they have some of the Top 10 beaches in the World here in Bermuda? I think we're going to try to visit one tomorrow.

Hi Gail,
Sounds like you are aokay and enjoying Bermuda. I know how much you and Mert like beach walking, so hope you did that yesterday in the sun.
FQG meeting tonight. Sun is shining until about then I think, then rain overnight. Sun tomorrow.
See you next Friday for house exchange.
Safe and calm journey.:)
